Why Should i use a Broker?

Hey,
I know that using a Broker provides a more personalised service, and with that comes a greater level of care when chosing your loan, but what other benifits are there?

Brokers have a better range of contacts in the financial market than the average person does, so they can find you the best deal. In the end it comes down to a broker will work as hard as they can to get you the loan because they don’t get paid until you sign the loan. Doing it yourself is fine, but having someone with 20 years experience in the business can help you make the best decisions and they may just save you thousands!

Is the interest Rate cheaper if you go through a broker, Do the banks offer you better deals to sign people up?

I don't know if the interest rates are cheaper, Jacob can probably answer that.
Brokers are helpful though! My parents used one when they bought an investment property. It saved a lot of hassle.
