Asteron is owned by the Promina brand, which is also comprised of businesses such as AAMI, Tyndall and Shannons. Asteron draws on more than 170 years of financial services, employees more than 1200 people, and serves more than one million customers in Australia and New Zealand.

Aviva is a global insurance company, with a presence in over 30 countries. Aviva was originally known as Norwich Union Australia, and changed its name in 2003. The Aviva Group is a leading provider in Europe, the number one insurer in the UK, and the fifth largest insurer in the world. The Aviva Group employees 56 000 people, and serves more than 30 million customers worldwide. Aviva holds approximately $624 billion in assets under management globally.

Tower Limited, the parent company of the Australian Tower Group, is listed on both the Australian and New Zealand stock exchange. In April 2006, Prefsure & Tower merged under the Tower brand.
